Unfortunately, it is not that simple.
This pump is a fully manufactured and sealed unit. It can not be extended or shortened.
Additionally static water levels naturally fluctuate throughout the year due to seasonal and regional changes. We understand some wells produce more water than others and not everyone has the space or option to go 20ft passed their static. Here at Flojak that is exactly what we recommend, going a minimum of 20ft below your static level. To ensure reliable access to your water, especially in an emergency.
The last thing you want is to need water in a crisis, only to find that your static level has dropped below the reach of your back up pump.
We have a 50ft version of this pump and we also have other models that you may want to check out.
Feel free to give us a call 1(855)-435-6525 We're happy to discuss your existing well set up and explore what options we have with you.
