Thank you for your question! Our 6-inch well caps have an inner diameter (ID) of 6 5/8”, which should fit with your well casing that has an ID of 6.25”. With an outer diameter (OD) of 7 1/4”, the casing’s external measurement should not impact the cap’s fit as long as the ID matches our specifications.
